Event Details Q1. When will Sundown Festival take place, and what time will it start? A: It will take place on 26 November 2011, at the Marina Promenade (F1 Pit Area), at 5.30pm. Q2. What happens if it rains? A: It is a rain-or-shine event, the Festival will go on as long as it is safe to continue. Q3. How do we get to the event venue? A: F1 Pit Building/Area is located at 1 Republic Boulevard. The nearest MRT station is the Promenade Station (CC4). In front of the Singapore Flyer (landmark) If you are taking a bus, please alight at Republic Boulevard bus-stop B02129 (after Raffles Boulevard), Raffles Avenue bus-stop B02101 (before Temasek Avenue), or Raffles Boulevard bus-stop B02099 (Marina Centre Terminal). If you are driving, please exit at ECP Exit 15 when coming from Changi Airport towards Tuas direction, near Benjamin Shares Bridge. Q4. Is there seating available? A: There are no seats available as it is an all-standing event. Free to bring picnic mats and foldable chairs or tables. Q5. Will there be food and beverages available? A: Yes, there will be food and beverages available at very affordable prices as no outside food & beverages are allowed on Festival grounds. Please continue to tune in for more details! Ticketing Details Q1. How much are the tickets priced at? A: The Early Bird Tickets are sold at $118, available from 1 Sep onwards. The VIP tickets are priced at $148 (Sold out) and Super Early Bird Tickets at $78 (Sold out), while Normal Admission tickets are priced at $138. Q2. Where do I purchase and collect tickets? A: All tickets are purchased through SISTIC, and may be collected at SISTIC counters islandwide. On the day of the event, tickets may also be collected at the door. Please refer to www.sistic.com.sg for more details. Q3. Are there any group discounts? A: There are unfortunately no group discounts for tickets as pricing for these tickets have been taken into account for wide accessibility. Artistes Details Q1. Who are the artistes performing? A: We will see artistes and superstars from Korea, Japan and Taiwan including Hebe Tien (from S.H.E), Teen Top, Show Luo, ViViD and Zhang Yun Jing. Stay tuned for more performances and the full line up! Q2. When will they arrive in Singapore? A: Some artistes will arrive in time for the fan meet & greet session on Friday, 25 November, one day before the Sundown Festival. Q3. When and where will the fan meet take place? A: We are still working on the logistics for the fan meet. Please visit our website (www.sundownfestival.sg) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/mysundownfestival) for more updates. Q4: How do we qualify for the fan meet? A: We will be posting up more details as we draw nearer to the event. Look out for opportunities on Facebook and our other upcoming announcements! Q5. How long will the artistes be performing for? A: The entire Festival will last through the night, with about four hours’ performances by the artistes. Stay tuned for the line-up of songs!
