The Rules & Regulations:

1. This promotion starts from 23 June to 29 July 2010 at participating retail outlets.
2. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
3. This Promotion is open to all except for employees of YHS (S) Pte Ltd, their advertising agencies, affiliates & their immediate family members.
4. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be sent in with a different receipt number or scratch card as proof of purchase of 7Up/ Pepsi from 23 June to 29 July 2010 from participating retail outlets.
5. Participating brands include: 7Up, 7Up Revive, Pepsi, Pepsi Light, and Pepsi Twist.
6. Proof of purchase is not proof of receipt.
7. All entries must reach us no later than 11:59pm (GMT +08:00; Singapore time) on 29 July 2010.
8. Only valid entries will be entered into the draw. Valid entry must be complete with a valid Singapore handphone number, name, NRIC IC number and receipt number or scratch code.  Repeat receipt number or scratch code are not allowed to enter the draw more than once.  The organizer has the right to reject any incomplete entries received.
9. The winner will be selected at random via a computerized system, from all valid entries received during the contest duration.
10. Winners will be notified by SMS. Redemption information will be in the sms message. For redemption details, winners need to visit www.sundownfestival.sg to find out. Organizer has the right to contact the winner for other details or to inform about prize redemption.
11. Full list of daily winners will be uploaded in the www.sundownfestival.sg website at 12 midnight of the following day.
12. Winners must present original IC, winning SMS as well as original receipt/ scratch card containing the receipt number/ scratch card code on the winning SMS when claiming the prize.
13. The original receipt must match the number on the winning sms message.
14. Only original receipt to be presented. Strictly no duplications or alterations are allowed.
15. During redemption, the winning sms message will be delete on the spot and the original receipt/original scratch card will be retained by Sistic/ PepsiCo International after redemption.
16. 350 pairs of Sundown Festival concert tickets (700 tickets in total) are to be collected at SISTIC Indoor Stadium Kallang, 2 Stadium Walk 397691 by 29 July 2010. Any tickets not claimed by 2.00pm (GMT +08:00; Singapore time) of 29 July 2010 will be forfeited and donated to charity.
17. Sundown Festival Meet & Greet Passes are to be collected at the PepsiCo International Pte Ltd office, 99 Bukit Timah Road, #05-01 Alfa Centre, Singapore 229835 by 5.30pm (GMT +08:00; Singapore time) of 29 July 2010. Prizes not claimed by then will be forfeited and will be donated to charity. Meet & Greet Passes are Strictly Non-transferable.
18. Universal Studio Annual Passes, LG Optimus GT 540 phones are to be collected at the PepsiCo International Pte Ltd office, 99 Bukit Timah Road, #05-01 Alfa Centre, Singapore 229835 by 5.30pm (GMT +08:00; Singapore time) of 31 August 2010. Prizes not claimed by then will be forfeited and will be donated to charity.
19. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
20. YHS (S) Pte Ltd, its affiliates & subsidiaries will not be held responsible or be financially liable under any circumstances, for any and all claims, damages, losses, accidents or injuries to any person(s) arising from the participation of this promotion, collection and/or use of the prize(s).
21. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the official rules & decision of the organizers.
22. Non fulfillment of the listed rules and regulations stated above will result in disqualification.
